Learner Development SIG Grants for 2012
学習者ディベロプメント研究部会2012年度助成金
For many years now the Learner Development SIG has offered conference grants to support those in the field of learner development. These grants have generally been given to new SIG members who have no access to institutional funding and who are relatively new to the field.
学習者ディベロプメント研究部会（以下LD SIG）は、長年に渡り、言語教育において自律学習についての研究をしている方々に助成金を支給してきております。例年、助成金支給対象者は主に雇用者から研究費・出張手当が給付されないLD SIGの新規会員の方、また自律学習についての学びや研究を新たに始められた方々でした。
The SIG is pleased to announce that this year we will be expanding our grants scheme. While we will still be supporting teachers who already have an interest in learner development, we are also offering opportunities for newcomers to the field to discover the field through becoming members of the SIG for free.
２０１２年度、LD SIGは助成金の枠を広げることに致しました。今までと同様に言語教育の現場で自律学習を研究しているLD SIG会員の支援を続ける一方で、学習者ディベロプメントや自律学習に新たに興味をもたれた方々に無料でLD SIGに参加して、この分野を探求して頂ける機会を設けました。
In particular we welcome applications from the following groups of teachers:
特に以下の教育機関に所属されている教員・講師の方のお申込みをお待ちしています。
- Elementary school teachers / teachers of children
~ 子供の言語教育（小学校、幼稚園、保育園／塾等） - Junior high school teachers ~ 中学校
- Senior high school teachers ~ 高等学校
- Language school teachers ~ ランゲージ・スクール
- Teachers currently doing graduate studies ~ 大学院（在学中の教員）
You are still welcome to apply even if you’re not in one of these groups.
上記の条件に当てはまらない教員の方のお申込みも歓迎しております。
We also welcome applications in either Japanese or English.
申し込みは英語もしく日本語のどちらでも結構です。

Notification of awardees 助成金受給者発表
Grant recipients for Grants Types 1-5 will be announced at the beginning of April 2012.
助成金1-5受給者の発表は2012年4月上旬。
Grant recipients for Grant Type 6 will be announced in early July 2012.
助成金６受給者の発表は2012年の７月上旬。
